Bator Labs Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the sensitive and personal nature of many of our products, our return policy is divided into two categories to ensure the safety, hygiene, and health of all our customers.
SECTION 1: 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Supplements & Non-Perishable Consumables Only)
This extended policy applies ONLY to Supplements (e.g., vitamins, powders, capsules) and non-perishable consumable products.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a supplement product, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your item. You do not need to provide a reason for the return.

Eligibility: We accept returns on supplements that have been opened and partially used. You must include the remaining product and original packaging (if available) with your return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: To start a return, please contact us at lab@batorlabs.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
SECTION 2: All Sales Are Final (Personal Products & Intimate Items)
This policy applies to all sexual health products, intimate items, accessories, and toys.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or subjective dissatisfaction. Once items leave our fulfillment facility, they are considered to be used and non-resaleable.

The only exceptions are for Defective or Damaged Products (see below) or errors in shipping on our part.
SECTION 3: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will issue a credit or replace a manufacturer’s defective or damaged item within the first 30 days from the date of delivery to the consumer.

Defective/Malfunctioning Item: If you receive an item that is defective (malfunctions or has a physical defect), we will replace it with the same item only at no cost to you.

Evidence Requirement: We may request video or photo evidence of any defect or malfunction to verify the issue and expedite the replacement process.

Incorrect Item: In the event of a shipment error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong product), the correct product will be shipped to you at our expense.
SECTION 4: Carrier Damage and Non-Deliverable Orders

Damage in Shipment: If items are damaged during shipment, or the exterior shipping box has visible damage, the customer must request information from the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, USPS) on the procedure for filing a claim. You are required to file the claim, and we will file the necessary replacement claim internally once you initiate the carrier claim.

Non-Deliverable Address: Orders returned to us due to an incomplete or non-deliverable address provided by the consumer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and no credit will be issued for the original shipping charges.
SECTION 5: Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve determined that a refund is approved (e.g., for a qualified Supplement return, a Defective Item where no replacement is possible, or a credit memo for a shipping error). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
